We do not need to use your water source in order to perform your solar panel cleaning. We use our own water source that is always carried with us on our utility truck consisting of Deionized Pure water.

On average it takes no longer than an hour. In some special cases, no longer than an hour and a half.

In addition to using ultra purified deionized water, we use a solar panel cleaning solution that is not only eco friendly but also approved by solar manufacturers. This means that the solution will not void any warranties and will guarantee a longer lasting clean!

We always recommend a cleaning every 6 months at least in order to get the most out of your system but we also understand that sometimes it may be necessary to do it as often as every 4 months or pushed back as much as once a year. What ever fits your needs is always a best way to gauge just how often you need a cleaning.

Not with our method. The traditional way of cleaning through the use of a water spigot (cold water) would increase that risk of damaging the panels through shattering the glass. Since we use water from a tank that is stored outside on our utility truck, the water in the tank is always at ambient temperature with the outside air thus making it safe to accomplish solar panel cleaning during the peak of the day.

Not necessarily! In most cases, we grab access to the roof from the front of the house although we do undterstand that many first time customers would like to be there to meet us face to face and/or conversate which is always welcomed!
